When ICT fails

I don’t know if anybody else is failing to log on to USQ at the moment (it seems to be a common occurrence, especially when you urgently need to check something). Anyway through my frustration of trying to log in to Uconnect, it got me thinking of what happens when ICT fails and there is nothing we can do about it, especially in a classroom setting.That is why it is important to always have a back up plan in your back pocket that does not involve using ICT.
